Since 1963, Carle Arrow Ambulance has been covering the emergency needs of Champaign and Douglas Counties. Arrow operates under the medical direction of Carle Foundation Hospital, the region's Level 1 Trauma Center.  Ambulances are stationed in Champaign, Sadorus, Tolono, Tuscola, Urbana and Villa Grove and a paramedic first responder is stationed in Mahomet.
